For the return of the order or part of it, it is mandatory that the products you wish to return have not been opened from their original packaging.

If you wish to return your order, you must within 20 days of purchase send an e-mail to info@theluxuryshop.gr putting “Return Order with Order Number” as the subject of the e-mail and mention the products and the reasons you wish to return them.

If it is not a mistake of our company, the customer will be charged for the return of the products.

The amount of the value of the returned products is credited to your account so that you can buy products of the same value from our e-shop.
